![]() Want to answer an incoming call during an ongoing call? It's called call waiting. It's easy, but you need to turn on call waiting before you can use this function. ![]() Hello, I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems while attempting to activate your call waiting feature. I know how important this can be if you are expecting a call and don’t want to miss it, even while using your phone in other ways. I will be happy to help! Restarting your phone can be a great way to ensure your phone is running smoothly. Once you power your phone off, leave it for about a minute or two before powering it back on. In the Phone app, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap > Call Waiting. Turn on or turn off Call Waiting. Depending on your wireless service provider, this feature might not be supported. In the Phone app, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap > Call Waiting. Turn on or turn off Call Waiting. When call waiting is turned on, you can answer a new call without ending your ongoing call. When the phone is back at the home screen, go ahead and attempt to setup the call waiting settings again. IPhone’s have a nice feature where all the settings can be reset in the phone. This will set them back to default without removing any of your personal information. To do this, you will head to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Make sure to not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will factory reset the device. Let me know if this helps!
